Welcome to World of Words: Word Puzzle ("the App"), operated by PhysionShop Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile application, website, and related services.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or website.
You must use the App in compliance with all applicable laws. If you are under the age required to enter into a legal agreement in your country, you should use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your personal device for non-commercial entertainment purposes.
This license does not transfer ownership of the App, its content, design, code, graphics, sounds, or intellectual property rights.
By using the App or website, you agree that you will not:
World of Words: Word Puzzle is provided for entertainment purposes. Game content, including levels, word lists, coins, hints, rewards, animations, difficulty, and features, may be updated, changed, added, or removed at any time.
The App may include virtual items such as coins, hints, rewards, or similar in-game items. These items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
We may modify, reset, remove, or discontinue virtual items where necessary for gameplay, technical, security, or business reasons.
If the App offers in-app purchases, subscriptions, or premium features in the future, payments will be processed through the Google Play Store. Refunds and billing issues are handled according to Google Play policies.
We do not receive or store your payment card information.
The free version of the App may display advertisements. Ads may be provided by third-party advertising partners or mediation services.
We are not responsible for third-party advertisement content, products, services, external links, or websites shown through advertisements. Any interaction with advertisers is between you and the advertiser.
The App may use third-party services such as Google Play Services, Google AdMob, Firebase, Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, Liftoff, Pangle, or similar service providers.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.
All rights, title, and interest in the App and website remain owned by PhysionShop Ltd or its licensors. This includes the app name, logo, design, code, graphics, sounds, music, animations, levels, word lists, user interface, and documentation.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, rent, or create derivative works from the App or its content without our prior written permission.
We aim to keep the App available and working properly, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device.
Updates may be released to add features, fix bugs, improve security, improve performance, or remove outdated functionality. Some updates may be required to continue using the App.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
The App and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PhysionShop Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or website.
This includes loss of data, loss of progress, device issues, service interruptions, lost profits, or other damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PhysionShop Ltd, its directors, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator of the App, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be handled by courts or authorities with proper jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App or website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
