Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your downloading, installation, access, and use of the GoArrow mobile game (“GoArrow,” the “Game,” or the “App”), provided by Team Three (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Eligibility

You may use GoArrow only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms in your country or region.

If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you should use the Game only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian who permits a minor to use the Game is responsible for that minor’s use of it.

2. License to Use GoArrow

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use GoArrow on a compatible device for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

GoArrow is licensed to you, not sold. You do not receive ownership of the Game, its source code, content, design, or any related intellectual property.

3. Acceptable Use

When using GoArrow, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Game for an unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, publish, or commercially exploit the Game or any part of it without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, or attempt to obtain the Game’s source code, except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.
• Use cheats, bots, automation, modified software, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools with the Game.
• Attempt to interfere with, damage, disable, overload, or bypass any security or technical feature of the Game.
• Manipulate advertisements, rewards, virtual coins, game progress, or other Game features through unauthorized means.
• Remove, alter, or hide any copyright, trademark, attribution, or other proprietary notice.
• Use the Game in a manner that violates the rights of another person or organization.

4. Game Progress and Device Storage

GoArrow may store information such as level progress, virtual coins, hints, rewards, preferences, and settings locally on your device.

Your locally stored progress may be lost if you:

• Uninstall the Game;
• Clear the Game’s storage or data;
• Reset, replace, lose, or damage your device;
• Install the Game on another device; or
• Experience a technical failure or corrupted storage.

Unless GoArrow expressly provides a backup or synchronization feature, we cannot guarantee that lost progress, coins, hints, rewards, or settings can be restored.

5. Virtual Coins, Hints, and Rewards

GoArrow may include virtual items such as coins, hints, lives, rewards, or other gameplay benefits. These virtual items:

• Exist only within the Game;
• Do not represent real money or stored monetary value;
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or real-world goods;
• Cannot be sold or transferred to another person;
• May be modified, limited, or removed as the Game changes.

Virtual items may be earned through gameplay or by completing optional actions, such as watching a rewarded advertisement. Completion of an advertisement does not guarantee a reward if the advertisement is closed early, interrupted, unavailable, or not properly confirmed by the advertising provider.

We may correct, remove, or adjust virtual items obtained through an error, exploit, manipulation, fraud, or unauthorized method.

6. Advertisements

GoArrow may display third-party advertisements, including banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. Advertising content is supplied by third-party advertising providers.

We do not control every advertisement shown to you and do not endorse every product, service, website, or claim contained in an advertisement.

Your interactions with advertisers or third-party services are between you and the relevant third party. You should review the third party’s terms and privacy policy before providing information, purchasing a product, or using its services.

7. Purchases

GoArrow may offer optional purchases now or in a future version. Any purchase offered through Google Play will be processed by Google Play and will also be subject to Google Play’s applicable terms, payment rules, and refund policies.

You are responsible for all authorized purchases made through your account or device. If a minor uses your device, you are responsible for configuring appropriate purchase authentication and parental controls.

Except where required by applicable law or platform rules, purchases are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Intellectual Property

GoArrow and its gameplay presentation, software, visual design, graphics, text, levels, user interface, sounds, logos, icons, names, and other content are owned by or licensed to Team Three and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership right to you. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

Third-party names, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Feedback

If you send us feedback, ideas, suggestions, or recommendations concerning GoArrow, you grant us permission to use that feedback to develop, improve, and promote the Game without compensation or obligation to you.

This does not transfer ownership of personal information contained in a support request. Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

GoArrow may contain or interact with third-party services, advertisements, application stores, websites, or links. We do not own or control those third parties.

Your use of a third-party service is governed by that third party’s own terms, policies, and practices. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, content, products, or conduct of third-party services.

11. Updates and Changes to the Game

We may release updates, corrections, improvements, or new versions of GoArrow. An update may add, modify, or remove features, levels, rewards, virtual items, advertisements, visual elements, or device requirements.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available or that the Game will continue to work with every device, operating system, or older App version.

You may need to install an update to continue using some or all Game features.

12. Availability and Maintenance

We aim to keep GoArrow available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Game may be interrupted, restricted, suspended, or unavailable because of maintenance, updates, device compatibility, network problems, third-party service failures, security concerns, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using GoArrow at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Game or any feature if:

• You materially violate these Terms;
• You use the Game unlawfully or fraudulently;
• Your actions threaten the Game, its users, or third parties;
• We are required to do so by law or a platform provider; or
• We discontinue the Game or a particular feature.

Upon termination, the license granted to you under these Terms ends, and you must stop using the Game.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoArrow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Game will always be available or uninterrupted;
• The Game will be free from errors, defects, or harmful components;
• Every feature will work on every device;
• Game progress or virtual items will never be lost; or
• Third-party advertisements or services will be accurate, safe, or available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Team Three and its owners, developers, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to GoArrow.

This includes, without limitation, loss of data, game progress, virtual items, profits, business opportunities, device functionality, or access to the Game.

Where liability cannot be completely excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Team Three harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of GoArrow, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

17. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use GoArrow.

The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms. You should review it before using the Game.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Pakistan, except where the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country or region give you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to GoArrow, our business practices, legal requirements, or third-party services.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where required, we may also provide additional notice.

Your continued use of GoArrow after updated Terms take effect means that you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using and uninstall the Game.

20. General Provisions

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written permission. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a business reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the agreement between you and Team Three concerning your use of GoArrow.
